This application is an internal tool of Napoca Software. By using it you accept these terms. They do not replace your employment or service contract or the company's internal rules; where they differ, those prevail.

1. Who may use it

Only people the company has given access to. There is no public sign-up.

2. Your account

  • your account is personal: do not share it, and do not use anyone else's;
  • keep your sign-in details safe;
  • tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Using it properly

  • use the application only for the company's work;
  • enter accurate and complete information;
  • do not try to reach data you have not been given access to, and do not get around security measures.

4. Confidentiality

The information in the application is confidential. Use and share it only for the company's work.

5. Records

What you enter becomes a company record and is kept as long as the law requires, including after your relationship with the company ends.

6. Availability

The application is provided as it is and may at times be unavailable.

7. Ending access

Access ends when your relationship with the company ends, or if the application is used against these terms.

8. Liability

The company is liable within the limits the law sets. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law or your contract gives you.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown above. Romanian law applies, and any dispute goes to the competent courts of Romania.
